Kenneth Glass

Ken Glass | Founder

Ken Glass is recognized as one of the country's leading crisis management professionals and is an expert in turnarounds and workouts. His functional background includes operations, manufacturing, engineering and finance, plus a proven track record of Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganizations. He has extensive experience and expertise in multi-plant, multi-industry operations as CEO and in the restructuring of troubled businesses through acquisition and divestiture strategies, as well as cost-cutting and creative financial designs. Ken received his M.S. in aerospace from the University of Cincinnati. Ken is the founder of Glass & Associates which was a premiere independent turnaround consulting firm with offices throughout the United States and Europe until its acquisition by Huron Consulting in January 2007. He is a former board member of the Turnaround Management Association and is a past president of the Association of Certified Turnaround Professionals.

Bernie Stanek

Bernie Stanek | CEO

Bernie Stanek joined the company in August 2002. Bernie has significant experience in planning and executing financial transactions and managing financial and operational matters. Before joining the company, Bernie held the positions of vice president of finance for Associated Packaging Enterprises, Inc., a manufacturer of thermoformed CPET plastic food trays; vice president and general counsel for INDSPEC Chemical Corporation, a manufacturer of resorcinol, an industrial specialty chemical adhesive; business law associate with Thorp Reed & Armstrong, a regional law practice in Pittsburgh; and audit senior with Ernst & Young in its Pittsburgh office. Bernie holds a Bachelor of Arts in accounting from Washington & Jefferson College in Washington, Pa., and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh.

Erin DuBois

Erin DuBois | Chief Administrative Officer

Erin joined the company in May 2022. She is an experienced legal professional with a diverse background working in private law firms, state government service, and as in-house counsel. Prior to joining Stony Point, Erin held the position of Vice President and lead attorney for RS&H, a prominent design firm specializing in transportation, airport, healthcare, and aerospace and defense projects. While there, she worked to scale and reinforce the company's legal capabilities during a period of remarkable growth. She also structured and managed a team of attorneys and legal staff responsible for contract administration, litigation and claims, insurance and risk management, company qualifications, licensing and regulatory compliance, corporate governance, as well as actively engaging in employment matters and mergers and acquisitions. Erin's early legal career began with work as a prosecutor and in private law firms where she developed the versatility necessary to transition to in-house counsel. Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Miami, a Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, and is a bar licensed attorney in the State of Florida.

Matt Kaspar

Matt Kaspar | Chief Financial Officer

Matt Kaspar joined the company in February 2021. He has a diverse background in finance, banking, and operations. Before joining Stony Point, Matt served as Vice President of Finance at HSM Solutions, a large, privately held manufacturing company. Prior to that, Matt worked in Service Delivery at Systems Maintenance Services (now Curvature), investment banking at McColl Partners and JPMorgan Chase, and in management consulting at The Finley Group. He also held positions at Ernst & Young LLP in the Transaction Advisory Services and Assurance Advisory Business Services groups. Matt received a bachelor of business administration, master of accounting, and master of business administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

William Coquillette

William Coquillette | Senior Advisor

Bill Coquillette joined the company in January 2014 after retiring as a partner in the Jones Day law firm. In his 37 years at Jones Day, Bill practiced in the area of mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance with most of his time devoted to complex business acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, venture capital investments, and other private equity transactions. He had a leading role in over 300 completed transactions. He served Jones Day in several management roles, including two three year terms of service on the firm’s advisory committee. In addition to serving as a director of several portfolio companies managed by the company, Bill currently serves as the chairman of the board of Bettcher LLC, a metal stamping business headquartered in McAllen, Texas. He is a former director of The Lamson & Sessions Co., Polychem Corporation, and Motor Wheel Corporation, and has served on the boards of several non-profit organizations. Bill received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from Yale University, a Master of Arts in Jurisprudence from University College, Oxford (which he attended as a Marshall Scholar), and a Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School.

Scott Peterson | Chief Investment Officer

Scott Peterson joined Stony Point Group after having worked with the Glass family for many of a 23 year career in the financial services industry. The majority of that time was spent as a Vice President at Merrill Lynch helping families and individuals with wealth planning and managing their financial assets. A former Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) and Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS), Scott more recently worked for the last 7 years at UBS Financial Services as Vice President – Wealth Management in a similar role helping clients pursue their objectives by building and managing custom investment strategies. Active in the local community, Scott has been Treasurer of the NC Arboretum Society for the last 5 years.
